Dr. Kimlin Ashing (second from left), a professor at City of Hope Medical Center, enjoys the health benefits of visiting The Huntington. “It fills me with joy,” she says. “When my daughter Kemi was just 18 months old, we sat under a shady tree in the Japanese Garden, where she was mesmerized by the koi. The Huntington is our family’s happy place.” Twenty years later, Ashing and her family look forward to bringing new granddaughter Ines to the gardens. “I cannot wait to share fond new Huntington experiences with Ines.”
